When pain comes, you tend to speed up.
To evade. To dodge.
To restore what was. Ignoring what is.
The result. An accumulation of the negative.
Acknowledge what is. Pursue that which is attempting to stay hidden.
Seek out the source.
Something overlooked. Something assumed. Something ignored. Something feared.
Turn the negative into action.
Be deliberate. Invite understanding.
Be true to yourself. Pretending is not a long-term solution.
Pain cannot be avoided. On suffering though you have a choice.
