Lifeisms In A Nutshell – #60 – Your Greatest Weakness

Your greatest weakness is not a lack of knowledge, skill or, self-confidence. It’s not even fear.

Your greatest weakness is that you’re a quitter.

When they asked ‘So why are you doing this anyway?’. You chose to quit.

When they said ‘That sounds so boring.’. You chose to quit.

When they would not get it. You chose to quit.

When it became unpopular. You chose to quit.

When the degree of sacrifice was increased. You chose to quit.

When you failed. You chose to quit.

When I quit. You chose to quit.

Instead of looking inside, you were looking at me. Looking to me for …

What could I do for you that you could not do for yourself I wondered?

You chose to start. I’ll give you that. But anyone can start.

You made a second choice.

You chose to quit. To give up on yourself. To embrace ego.

You didn’t know this. No one ever does. The last mile was in sight. The last hurdle, soon to be crossed. The last failure, soon to be a memory. The last piece of the puzzle, waiting to slide into place.

But you chose to quit.

For all the wrong reasons.

So here ends what could have been. What should have been.

But you chose to quit.

Thanks for reading. Before you quit please share this message.
